To report using TouchSiren emergency bell, a smartphone with NFC feature activated is required. Most modern smartphones support NFC, but for Android OS, it is necessary to ensure that the NFC feature (default mode) is activated in the smartphone settings before use.
How do you use TouchSiren in an emergency situation?
In an emergency, the reporter just needs to tag their smartphone to the emergency bell. When the bell is tagged, the service automatically sends an alert to the predefined emergency contact network, and the location information previously registered in the bell is also immediately transmitted. This process takes place within seconds, enabling swift response.

How do I install an emergency bell?
The installation of TouchSiren's emergency bell consists of two steps.
1. Use the admin app to register the emergency bell in the control system.
2. After registration, remove the tape on the back of the bell and attach it to the desired place.
Emergency bells can be attached to a variety of places according to user needs and environment. The most common places are walls, doors, etc., where anyone can easily access and use quickly in an emergency. It sticks well to most places if the surface is flat and clean.
What should I do if an emergency bell malfunctions?
TouchSiren offers a 100% free exchange for malfunctioning emergency bells. If the problem of non-recognition of the bell repeats, please contact the TouchSiren customer center and we will assist with the exchange process.
